What is it for?

  • NSAID

How is it administered? oral

Benefits:

  • Relieves mild pain, swelling, aches, and fevers

  • Inexpensive

  • few side-effects

Drawbacks:

  • Is not safe to use with some prescription medications

  • prolonged, consistent use can lead to liver and kidney issues

Danger signs:

  • blood in stool or vomit can be from kidney or liver issues, or gastrointestinal issues

  • can be dangerous for people with heart, blood pressure, digestive, and autoimmune issues
